When an employee leaves our employ, management would like to discuss your reasons for leaving and any other impressions that you may have about the company. During the exit interview, you can express yourself freely. All information will be kept as confidential as is reasonably possible and will in no way affect any reference information that FictionSoft will provide another employer about you.
