FictionSoft operates twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. The standard workweek is 40 hours of work. Pay periods begin at 12:00 a.m. each Sunday and end at 11:59 p.m. each Saturday night. Hours in your workday vary, depending upon which shift you work.
manager may need to adjust work hours or schedule additional hours in order to meet organizational needs. If schedule adjustments or additional hours are needed, the manager will notify those individuals necessary to perform the work with as much notice as possible. You are expected to work the adjusted schedule or additional hours unless you have approval from your manager. Continued failure to work the adjusted schedule or additional hours may subject an employee to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
