Except as may be required by the reasonable demands of a position (a bona fide occupational qualification), compliance with a lawful affirmative action plan, government reporting, or record-keeping requirements, FictionSoft will not elicit information concerning race, creed, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, disability, veteran, or current or future military status from applicants for employment. The company will obtain information required for tax, insurance, social security, compliance with garnishment or immigration laws, or other legitimate business purposes after employment.
