Clear counters, sinks, beds, and floor. | |

Check that the computer is logged off (so patients cannot access information while alone). | |

Check that clean cloth gowns are available. | |

Change paper on beds. | |

Ensure tissue and hand towel supply is not empty. |
Weekly (Fridays)

Check emergency kits. | |

Perform PAP recalls. |
